Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to the trains of India,” the foreigner who captured the incident on his camera was heard saying. The footage quickly spread across platforms, with users tagging the Railway Ministry and demanding accountability.OneIn response, Railway Seva replied, “We regret the experience you had,” and asked for the PNR and mobile number to investigate the matter further.Social media reactions were sharp and scathing. “Pathetic civic sense,” one user wrote, while another called it “shameful.”
