She alleged that Driver and a Petrol Pump Employee, Arun Amar Singh, Together Cheated Around Rs 12 Lakh.Investigations Reveled Serious Discrepancies. The car narash used had a 35-litre tank, but records showed 62 liters of diesel being filled. He Had also purchaased oil for a vehicle that had been sold sleeved years ago.
Driver Reportedly Admitted to Committing Fraud
DURING POLICE Interrogation, Naresh Reportedly Confessed to the Crime. He said that in 2022, He Had Taken The Fuel Cards from Farhan Akhtar’s Former Driver and Had Been Using Them at the Sv Road Petrol Pump Near Bandra Lake. He admitted withdrawing cash without refueling, in Amounts Ranging Between Rs 1,000 and Rs 1,500 per transaction.
Police registered Criminal Case Against Driver
The Bandra Police has registered a case under Sections 316 (2) (Criminal Breach of Trust), 318 (4), and 3 (5) of the Indian Penal Code. NARESH SINGH HAS Been Arrested, While The Petrol Pump Employee is also being investigated.
