New Delhi: Ram Shankar Bind, The 20-Old Arrested for Attempting to Scale the Wall of the Parliament Complex in Delhi, Has Been Released Affer Questioning by Central Agency, His Family said Sunday.Bind, a native of uttar pradesh’s bhadohi district, was detained on Friday morning after Security Personnel Stopped Him as He Tried to Climb A Tree Adjoining The Boundary Wall. Police officials described Him at the time as “Mentally Incoharet.” He was handed over to Delhi Police and Later Questioned by Multiple Agency, Including the Intelligence Bureau (IB), to determine his motive.His Elder Brother, Umesh Kumar, Told Reporters that Bind Might Have Mistakenly Boarded A Train to Delhi Instead of Bhadohi While Traveling from SURM SURM SURM SURM SURM SURM SURK “He cannot read hindi… he was coming to meet his wife, who had recently given birth to a Daughter,” Umesh said.He added that his brother may have Attempted to enter parloment out of fear or in search of refuge.
