Reflecting on audience reactions to Delhi Belly, she said, “They were all giving one words for Delhi Belly, those words are apt for Happy Patel, dark hai, quirky hai, off beat hai, sab kuch hai. (All those words are so apt for Happy Patel—it’s dark, quirky, offbeat... it’s got it all.) And I so enjoyed being a part of this mad, crazy universe.”
