Saira Banu expresses shock over Dharmendra’s demise
Saira Banu, his co-star in films like ‘Saazish’, ‘Pocket Maar’, and ‘Jwaar Bhata’, expressed her grief over his passing. Speaking to News18, she said, “He was like family. He was such a beautiful and handsome man! He was recovering. He was going to be off the ventilator. What do I say!”
The two had also worked together on several other films, including ‘Aadmi Aur Insaan’, ‘Resham Ki Dori’, ‘Ayee Milan Ki Bela’, and ‘Chaitali’. Besides his family, film personalities including Salim Khan, Amitabh Bachchan, Abhishek Bachchan, Aamir Khan, and Agastya Nanda reached the crematorium under heavy security. Fans and well-wishers also arrived to pay their respects to the legendary actor.
